EXCESSIVE SWEATING

(Hyperhidrosis)

Is excessive sweating interfering with your daily activities and overall life?

Also known as hyperhidrosis, excessive sweating can affect the armpits, hands, feet, scalp and face. Unfortunately, even after trying over-the-counter and prescription-strength deodorants, oral medications and various other therapies, some people see little improvement.

Botox is proven to be a successful treatment for this medical condition. Approved by Health Canada, the treatment is a very simple one in which a small amount of Botox is injected just under the skin to the affected areas.

Significant reduction of sweating should be noticed within about one week of treatment. Effects can last up to seven months.

The Botox Access Program is available for clients and may support coverage of Botox treatments for hyperhidrosis, regardless of their insurance coverage. Contact Touch of Eden to ask about the Botox Access Program.
